Sukasana : Easy Pose
Sit cross-legged : you may sit on a cushion, blanket, or block to give your hips some elevation to keep the pelvis neutral, and ease tension in your lower back or hips.

Can you grow a little taller? Stretch up through the crown of your head, perhaps feeling that energy starting at the base of your spine and moving up your body.

ahhh what better way to surrender than corpse pose?
Lie on your back, close your eyes, and relax your arms down by your sides. Your legs are extended long with your heels touching and toes flopped out, but if that hurts your lower back, slide your feet in and plant them to the ground.
Scan your body – beginning at your feet and working your way up your body to the crown of you head. As you scan each body part, see if you can have each part really truly relax. You may find it helpful to use your breathing, direct your breath to each part of your body to allow it to soften even more.
